The use of Zer0WasteTMtechnology in conjunction with the Zer0WasteTM  plate mounting through the use of computer systems programmed on AI parameters allows for waste-free job changeover.


The A-C System module allows inking of the circuit with a minimum amount of ink and enables effective cleaning of the entire circuit during the colour change phase.

The cleaning system is fully automatic and uses minimal detergents or solvents and total recovery of unused ink.

The washing system also allows cleaning of the viscometer circuit and is set by the operator station, which can be customized according to its working conditions and the chemicals used.

The system is structured in independent modules and allows for quick and easy inspection: each individual module can be detached for the purpose of dedicated periodic maintenance.

The washing program can be executed on all inking circuits simultaneously.



The inking circuit is sized to use the minimum amount of ink at the beginning of the job, avoid waste at colour change, and promote maximum print quality.

Perfectly functional for water-based, solvent-based or UV inks, the circuit cleans completely and to its full length with each wash cycle.

The newly designed doctor blades chamber keeps the ink in constant and regular flow, promotes wettability of the anilox, and allows emptying of residual ink at the end of use.

The doctor blade body is a brand new design and is made of high-stiffness aluminum, treated with Teflon anodization in order to facilitate cleaning, making it the ideal support for extremely long life of doctor blades.


Control circuit and maintenance of ink viscosity is controlled by PLC with injection of viscosity fluid;

The measurement takes place at customizable predetermined time intervals and allows selection of the preferred viscosimetry fluid.

Viscosity is measured by a simplified system that is extremely reliable and accurate, self-cleaning by normal flushing of the inking circuit and extremely easy to maintain.
